Training is going great

Hello,
Training is going very well, I'm on my way to peaking by Thanksgiving and plan on taking photos then.  Been training three times a week doing pulling muscles on Tuesday, legs on Thursday, and pushing muscles on Saturday.  Got last years back issues of Building the Body quarterly posted and here are the links:
