Hello Frank!

This is a good new. I liked the idea to have all books but I don´t understand English very well and for this reason I don´t dare with “The mind in body building”. A few days ago I finished read “The workouts” and I liked it, specially the reflections and more things about: what to do in every season; body regimental and body existential; the nutrition, food recipes, smells and sensations; and a few tricks about how to train thighs and claves. It makes me happy that you share your experience with us.

I had the old books “The best of Joe Weider Muscle and Fitness” published in Spanish, and I found great information about “The Golden Age of body building”. Thanks to internet I bought other great books in English of Arnold (some with references about you) as: “Pumping Iron, Education of bodybuilder, Encyclopedia and A portrait”. Finally I read the “Musclemag Special Arnold” and the articles “How I trained with Arnold” and “The Wizard of Oz” are very interesting. I couldn´t find a magazine like that dedicated to you and this is a shame.

In the other hand, I could find your all Mr. Olympia short videos 1977-78-79-80-82-83 I really like this bad quality videos specially the three first ones. I think that you are the best bodybuilder at posing of all times. Sometimes I listen your posing song “One of these days” when I train. And I saw your appearance in “Hart to Hart”. I´m sure that you looked better than Stallone, you could be a good action star. I often see your video “Arnold Classic Achievement” about your life and the “Mr. Olympia Champions (1965-1995)”. You were authentic, you had a way of life different than the “Monsters Show” of today.

Why did you not appear training in Pumping Iron?

Thank you for your attention and I´m sorry for the lacks of spelling. I expect to buy the book in the next days. Greetings from Spain.

Jonathan Santoandre.

Thank you Frank! Loved this new book!
Beside all the training tips, I get to read about some interesting stories back in those good old days!
You are the true living legend!

I hadn't been to your page in a few months and just saw that this was out!!! I'm so excited to pick it up! I'm a huge fan and follower of your teachings! I hope to earn my Natural Pro-Bodybuilding card this next summer. I just missed it this summer. Maybe this will be the book to get me over the edge!! Thanks Frank!
